When I lived in Nong Khai before I once called the ambulance number we had the the guy answered the phone half asleep and then hung up. Once at the hospital I mentioned it and they said "oh we have a private company you can contact". Not sure what they meant but I do see quite a few different lookin...

So I got lucky enough to spot what I think is a hornet's nest instead of stumbling upon it. I have no intention of going anywhere near it, -anyone know the official protocol for getting rid of such dangerous pests?  Or is a private matter for a private contractor?
