Lampang serial masturbator caught red-handed

January 2, 2019 By Udon Info Admin

A Lampang man was reported to police for masturbating at public toilets at a local petrol station.

28 year old Theerasak was taken to the scene at the PPT station with police, hopefully not to re-enact the crime. According to police, the maid at the PTT petrol station in the city district had earlier “shrieked in horror” when she had seen Theersak masturbating.

She says she had been scrubbing the floor while the man had been, well, “polishing the silver”.

Sanook reports that a pump attendant called Wathee got some friends together and made a citizen’s arrest, then called the police to take the matter in hand.

Theerasak admitted that he was masturbating. He said he was still aroused from the night before and he had been “in performance mode” for about ten minutes before he was detected. He remarked that it had taken longer than expected.

PTT staff say they get a lot of these cases, sometimes involving the same man who usually disappeared on his motorbike.

This time they took matters in their own hands and called the police

Police seek to identify bodies stuffed with concrete

NAKHON PHANOM: Police on Monday were trying to identify the bodies of two men dumped into the Mekong River with concrete placed inside their ruptured bellies. The bodies washed up on a riverbank in this northeastern province.

Police suspected the victims were political activists.

The two bodies were found in That Phanom and Muang districts handcuffed and with their ankles tied together. Their bellies had been ripped open and chunks of concrete stuffed inside them. The bodies had then been placed in sacks and dumped into the river.

Local police collected samples from the bodies for examination at a forensic facility in Khon Kaen province.

Sources said national police chief Chakthip Chaijinda ordered police handling the case to speed up the investigation in order to verify the belief that the victims were political activists.

According to sources, relatives of political activists in Bangkok contacted Nakhon Phanom police, requesting to see the bodies and provide information that might help identify them. Detectives were quoted as saying that the handcuffs found on the bodies were often used in Laos and Vietnam.

Nakhon Phanom police commander Thanachart Rodkhlongtan said the men were murdered about a week ago, and their bodies may have been dumped into the Mekong River five days ago.

Police would try to identify them from relatives’ information and DNA tests, he said.

The missing 2 year old Burmese boy is reported to have been playing with his elder sister before vanishing without any trance in Suphan Buri, north west of Bangkok last Monday.

Provincial governor of Suphan Buri, Nimit Wanchaithanawong says a command centre has been set up to organize the search in a systematic manner.  While ground and air searches take place the governor also says that divers are searching every well in the sugarcane plantation in fear the boy may have fallen into one.

Nimit noted that HM The King had ordered a mobile kitchen in the plantation to provide food for all involved.

As of late yesterday there was still no sign of the missing boy, but efforts continue.
